Leadership Roles in Entrepreneurship, Robotics, and School Activities
Leadership has been a defining part of my journey, shaping how I approach teamwork, innovation, and impact. Through roles across environmental entrepreneurship, robotics, sports, and student governance, I have developed a deep understanding of leading with purpose and collaboration. Whether guiding EcoBinRecycle toward large-scale sustainability goals, captaining award-winning robotics and sports teams, or representing peers in student leadership, each experience has strengthened my ability to motivate others, drive initiatives, and create lasting positive change within my community.
EcoBinRecycle
Founder & CEO | Mumbai, India | November 2022 – Present
As the Founder and CEO of EcoBinRecycle, I spearheaded the creation of a web-based platform that enables convenient at-home e-waste disposal, responsible recycling, and citizen education through partnerships with certified non-profit recyclers. Under my leadership, the initiative has collected over 3,000 kg of e-waste in just 24+ months and successfully launched the “E-Waste Ambassadors Program”, mobilizing citywide volunteers to raise awareness and drive measurable environmental impact. My work in guiding strategy, operations, and community engagement earned the project national recognition, including the Diana Award, Roll of Honour 2024, highlighting its effectiveness as an innovative, community-driven environmental initiative.
Robotics Team
Captain, Elev8 | September 2022 - May 2025
Under my leadership as Team Captain in 2025, we won the Creativity Award, 2025; Regional Winners x2 (both as Alliance Captain – First Indian Team to do so), 2025; Engineering Inspiration, 2025; Excellence in Engineering Award, 2025. Earlier, as a team member, I also contributed to winning the Autonomous Award (2023) and the Gracious Professionalism Award (2024).
Student Council
Vice Captain, Tiger House | November 2022 – December 2023
Led a team of 200+ students across juniors, peers, and seniors, coordinating and managing 25+ sporting, cultural, and academic events. Key initiatives included Sports Day, Dramatics, and Inter-House Debates, requiring collaboration with students, parents, and faculty to ensure successful execution.
Student Badminton Team
Captain | January 2022 – June 2024
Directed and motivated the school badminton team, culminating in winning the Gold Medal at the ISSO Badminton Team Tournament, 2022. Focused on team strategy, skill development, and fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment.
